We ship via Fedex Ground. If the delivery is to a residence,
Fedex will not require a signature unless you request it.
Please note that this means the driver can leave the
package if nobody is available. If the package is stolen or
damaged, neither Fedex nor Hugger Mugger will be held responsible.
You may always provide an alternate shipping address
where someone will be available to accept the package at
at the time of order.
If you need to "intercept" your package (change of
address) after it is in-transit; there will be a $10 charge
plus additional shipping charged by Fedex. This service is
not guaranteed and is subject to Fedex guidelines.

- We take pride in the products we offer and in the services
we provide. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
You may return unused items for exchange or refund within
30 days of shipment. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and
handling charges from your initial order, or return charges
to our warehouse. - We cannot accept the following items for return:
- Open Media (Books, DVD's or CD's)
- Yoga Balls
- Damaged items or items with missing parts
- Worn Garments
- Special Orders or customized products
You must call to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number. We cannot accept any returns
without this number. RMA NUMBERS ARE GOOD FOR 30
DAYS ONLY. Please ship your return back via insured mail, Fedex, UPS,
or any other traceable method. Missing items must be reported within 5 business days. ALL SALES FINAL ON ALL CLEARANCE OR SALES ITEMS.
