Zabutons are rectangular cushions traditionally used under a meditation cushion or bench to pad knees, feet and ankles, but they're also a versatile yoga prop. Laid flat, it's a perfect shoulderstand pad and folded, it can be used as a bolster. Our zabuton is filled with a generous two inches of cotton batting secured by its tufted muslin cover. The cotton outer cover is removable for laundering. The zabuton comes with a sturdy harness that holds it in a bolster shape, and provides a handle and shoulder strap for carrying.
